“La la la la Resolution, lution-reso-lution.” Sorry, couldn’t resist, to those who acutally caught that R.E.M. reference, I salute you. Anyway, it’s the new year, so I figured, “Why not come up with a few New years Resolutions”–sidenote, I don’t even know why they are called resolutions. Let’s be honest, very little gets resolved. It may change, but it doesn’t “get resolved”, it just happens or it doesn’t. So, that being said, I’m taking the stage to put up my 2008 Happenin’s. As in, “In 2008, this shit’s happening.” (Sorry for those who don’t appreciate profanity, I just can’t help myself). Anyway, here’s a few Happenin’s

1) I’m gonna spread into some new territory on the stage. I know not everyone is into figures and movies, so I am going to try to get into more “Musical Multiplicity” and Youtube clips and other topics, such ans book meviews.

2) Read a dozen books. 2007 was a big reading year for me. I read about 7 books… …. …I’m an illiterate derelict. I need to read more, so I am gonna try to almost double the amount of books for this next year. So, a dozen is the goal. NOTE: I understand that “a dozen” is not “double” the number “7″, that’s why I said “about”, to give myself some leeway. SUBNOTE: I am neither good at reading nor math.

3) Finish two scripts. Last year, I completed the script, Once Dead for the “Final Draft; Big Break Contest”. I didn’t place or anything, but it was good to complete a script. I’m gonna complete at least two this next year.

4) Get out of credit card debt. …HA HA HA HA. Just kidding, that’s “unpossible” before 2010.

5) Complete all the special features for the Boys of Summer DVD set that’s been pending since 2005. Lots of stuff to sort through, and now that the movies are basically locked, I think I may be able to really invest in the specials.

That’s it for now. I’m sure that more will spring up over time, but I’m trying to stay realistic with this.

So, yesterday I was planning a bunch of posts for the new year, and I forgot to change the dates on them…So for those who caught the extra 15 or so posts that went up and you’re wondering why they’re gone, it’s becuase they weren’t intended to hit that internet until 2008. Don’t worry they are coming back later. Plenty of goodness is coming from the stage to your homes, so keep checking back!!!

What’s up all. CC here with a few words.

First, to those who have actually come back after nearly two weeks of no posting, I thank you for your faith. Hopefully, as we move into the new year, you will be rewarded–at least that is my attention.

Second, I am sorry for aforementioned lack of posting. i have no excuse other than incompetence and dereliction of duty.

Third, to those many addresses that spam me daily, and you know who you are, I hope a hobo burns you with cigarettes. Stop spamming me.

Fourth, I am not abandoning the stage. 2007 has been a big year, and I hope 2008 is even bigger.

Fifth, thanks again!
